NDC’s “Y33 WU demonstration” to hit Kumasi on Thursday?

Mr. Peter Boamah Otukunor; Deputy General Secretary (NDC)
Ghana may be in for a massive demonstration on Thursday September 19, 2019 at the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi under the theme, “Y33 WU Demonstration” as it appears the Deputy General Secretary of the largest opposition party in the country, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Peter Kofi Boamah Otokunor is calling for numbers for the proposed demonstration.

ghanapoliticsews sighted a sticker advert calling on demonstrators to assemble at the Kumasi Jubilee Park at 6:00 am for the start of what was termed the “Y33 wu demonstration” to be organised by the Coalition for National Sovereignty.

Y33 WU literally translates, “we are dying” in the Akan language and may be in protest against the governing style of the ruling National Patriotic Party led by the President His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
